When and where will the Lawson Partner Summit take place?
The Partner Summit will take place in San Diego at the Hilton Bayfront Hotel, Saturday, April 18, 2009, prior to the start of the Lawson Conference and User Exchange (CUE).

Registration begins at 9:00 am and the meeting concludes at 5:30 pm. Following the meeting, you are invited to join the Lawson executives and your fellow partners at a networking reception.

Why should I attend the Lawson Partner Summit?
As a Lawson business partner, you’ll want to take advantage of the opportunities that this event provides:

• First-hand updates from President and CEO, Harry Debes, and Senior Vice President Product Management, Dean Hager
• One-on-one meetings with Lawson executives, where you can present your company, products, and the value you offer to Lawson customers
• Networking with other Lawson partners
• Increased knowledge of the future direction of Lawson and its products

Which Lawson executives will be present and how likely is it that I will have the opportunity to meet with the Lawson executives of my choice?
You will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with executives from the following areas:

• Executive Leadership Team
• Product Management
• Sales Management
• Professional Services
• Marketing
• Technology Development
• Industry Strategy

A specific list of executives will be available at a later date. You will be notified via e-mail when the list is available and you will then have the chance to select those executives that you would like to meet with. We will schedule appointments as they are requested. A final schedule will be sent to you two weeks prior to the event.

How long will each meeting last, and what will be discussed?
You will have an opportunity to participate in four to six 30-minute meetings. The topic is up to you. This is your chance to present your company, product, and the value you offer to Lawson customers. You can also ask Lawson executives questions on the direction and strategy of Lawson.

What is the Lawson Partner Summit registration fee?
Registration is $295 per person. Complimentary Partner Summit passes are included in the silver, gold, titanium, and platinum Lawson CUE 09 sponsorship packages. Please refer to specific sponsorship packages to determine the number of available complimentary passes.

Will my credit card be charged immediately for the registration fee?
Yes, the Partner Summit registration fee will be charged to your credit card upon completing registration.

If I’m paying by check, do I need to send my payment before I complete my registration?
No, when registering you may select “check payment”. You will then need to send in a copy of your registration confirmation along with your check payment to:

Do I need to register for Lawson CUE 09 in order to attend the Partner Summit?
No, registration for Lawson CUE 09 is not required to attend the Partner Summit, but you must be an employee of a Lawson CUE 09 sponsoring partner.

If we attend the Partner Summit, are we guaranteed a hotel reservation at the Hilton Bayfront Hotel?
We have reserved a number of rooms for Partner Summit attendees. These rooms are available on a first-come first-serve basis. Register early to guarantee a room.
